Welcome to our new MDARD-approved commercial kitchen!

One of my greatest joys these past few months has been working in our newly constructed commercial kitchen.  After about three years of pressing and bottling oil in a 12 x 14 room inside our farmhouse, we now have a facility about 4 times that size.  Although the convenience of having the kitchen inside of our home allowed us to run the press during the night, it is so nice to have the operation housed in a separate building that is still an easy walk from the house.  Below is a picture of the barn, part of which has been converted to the kitchen.  When you walk into the red door, you enter into the "public" area which includes a desk, a bathroom, and storage. The other three pictures are of the kitchen area.
